1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Lovio app ("Service"), provided by SIA FOURPLEX ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. User Accounts & Shared Features

Lovio allows you to connect your account with a partner. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, and you agree to share data with your connected partner as outlined in our features (such as sticky notes, countdowns, and questions).

3. Premium Subscriptions

Some features of Lovio require a premium subscription. Billing is managed through the Apple App Store, subject to their respective payment terms.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit, such as notes, drawings, and custom date ideas. By submitting content, you grant Lovio a license to use, host, and display the content strictly to provide the Service to you and your partner.
